Enjoy your stay with modern amenities and a refreshing natural view—ideal for those who prefer a quiet, eco-friendly getaway. Our Deluxe Rooms do not include air conditioning, as the pleasant climate of Kolli Hills makes it unnecessary most of the year.

⦁ ✅ Advance payment of at least 50% is required to confirm the booking.

💳 Payment accepted via UPI, Net Banking, or Bank Transfer. Card
payments may not be available due to poor network coverage in the hills.
⦁ 🔖 Final invoices must be collected at the time of checkout.

⦁ 👶 Children below 6 years stay free without extra bed.
⦁ 👦 Children above 6 years are charged as adults.
⦁ 🛏️ Extra beds are available upon request with additional charges Rs.500/-

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Fee ₹100.00 INR / Night

⦁ ❌ No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows.
