Enjoy your stay with modern amenities and a refreshing natural view—ideal for those who prefer a quiet, eco-friendly getaway. Our Deluxe Rooms do not include air conditioning, as the pleasant climate of Kolli Hills makes it unnecessary most of the year.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Fee ₹500.00 INR / Night

✅ 10% Cancellation Fee applies for cancellations made more than 7 days before the check-in date.

❌ 50% of the booking amount will be charged for cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date.

❌ No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or for no-shows.

❌ Bookings made under discounted or promotional offers are strictly non-refundable.
⚠️ Note: If payment is made via online mode, applicable payment gateway transaction charges (2.5% – 3%) will be deducted additionally during the refund process.
